I've got an HP Power Pavilion (on its last legs) with the 150W "smart" power adapter, and because seemingly HP has decided to not have regular white backlit keys (it's now a puke green color), I am looking to other manufacturers. Since I had invested about $90 in a spare adapter (always need a spare), and have 2 such adapters, I don't want to have to shell out yet another damn power adapter, so I'd prefer to go with a brand in which I can use the same adapter (it's 19V, but I have no idea what the "smart" part would work). I understand that HP's Omen line would use the same adapter, but that thing is like buying a notebook at the level of a Ferrari.
It would seem that someone would have come up with a universal cross-brand power adapter table, but I couldn't seem to find it in a search.
